MTC awarded the Youth Connections tender in five regions across Sydney

In October 2009 MTC tendered for the new Youth Connections program which brings together existing youth transitions and career programs. MTC has been awarded contracts to deliver Youth Connections in five regions across Sydney that include:

NSW 02 - Hurstville/Canterbury/Ashfield region

NSW 07 - Parramatta/Castle Hill

NSW 10 - Bankstown/Auburn

NSW 11 - Liverpool/Cabramatta/Fairfield

NSW 12 - Macarthur

Youth Connections will provide a safety net for young people who have disengaged or are at risk of disengaging from education, and will offer flexible case managed support and services that recognise the role that family and community play in a young person's wellbeing and development. MTC began delivering Youth Connections in January 2010.
