MTC Work Solutions (MTC) operates as a licensed recruitment agency.  We can assist you in finding the job you want and plan how to get it.

With 16 offices across Sydney delivering Job Services Australia (JSA), MTC is now a top 10 JSA provider in Australia.  Through the JSA contract MTC provides one-to-one or group based assistance in prevocational skilling, overcoming barriers to employment, job search and post placement support for job seekers and a job matching service for employers with vacancies.

When you are referred to MTC, we will discuss with you which areas of your job search skills that may need improving and we will develop a tailored program to assist in building your skills. This may include help with application writing or updating your resume. You may learn how to improve at interviews, get advice on how to show your skills to employers, and get help with building your self-confidence and exploring new work areas where your experience can be used.
