Links to Learning
The Links to Learning Program assists young people aged 12 to 24 years who experience multiple barriers to and significant difficulties participating in mainstream education or training, to remain in or return to education or training in order to complete Year 12 or its vocational education and training equivalent.
Transitions - Students at Risk Services (SAR)
Transitions programs and activities include the following:
- Accredited training- Senior First Aid and computers
- Career pathways planning links between jobs, education and training
- Activities to develop social and life skills
- Work experience
- Assist students to set personal goals, maintain motivation and develop confidence

Education for Adults (Year Ten Equivalent YXE)

MTC Youth Services delivers a unique educational program, which meets the needs of disadvantaged young people who have left school early.
The course covers a range of topics including
- literacy and numeracy
- career and vocational education
- life skills
- health and recreation
- computers
Successful completion of the program enables young people to apply for a range
